Return and refund policy

we are committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. However, if you need to return an item, please note our strict return guidelines below.

 

We have a 2-day return policy, meaning you have 48 hours from the time you receive your item to request a return.No return or exchange requests will be accepted after  48 hour of delivery , under any circumstances.

 

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

 

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hidefold.in within the 48-hour window. If your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup by our courier partner. Please ensure the item is securely packed inside its original packaging for the return.

Refund Process
Once the item is returned to us in its original, unused condition, we will process your refund within 72 hours directly to your bank account.

 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@hidefold.in

We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to resolve it, ensuring the situation is rectified to your satisfaction.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a separate order for the new item you want. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
